2. Information on the processing and protection of personal data


The protection of your personal data is very important to us, so we always comply with applicable law and international standards. Concerning the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive GDPR), which will be effective as from 25 April, May 2018 apply to the processing of your personal data by our company DT TECHNIC s.r.o., Company ID 472 86 156, with registered office Riegrova 973, 41501 Teplice, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional court in Ústí nad Labem under Sp. Zn. C 3139 (hereinafter referred to as "company " or "we"), we provide you hereafter with a summary of basic information about the processing and protection of your personal information by the company.

We obtain personal data directly from you (especially when entering into a contract and during a contractual relationship) and also on the basis of your visits to our websites (see the cookies section below).

4. How we use your personal information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

 

To conclude the contract and to execute your order;

In the case of transfers outside the EEA, we will ensure the protection of your data by concluding the relevant contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR.

 

7. What are cookies and how we use them


Cookies are small data files that are necessary for the proper functioning of the site and are therefore placed on your computer in a similar fashion as on most other websites. This way, the site remembers the tasks and settings you've made on them for a period of time — for example the contents of your shopping cart. 9. How we protect your personal information


To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, which is extremely important to us, we use technical and organizational measures in particular to protect against unauthorised access to and misuse of data, ensuring the security of our IT systems and Data recovery in case of an incident. Where appropriate, we use encryption to protect your data. We regularly evaluate and update all measures. The processing of personal data is carried out manually in electronic information systems, which are subject to physical, technical and procedural checks. To protect your data, we have a security mechanism that includes technical, organizational and personnel measures, and we also require the same level of protection from our processors.
