Thanks to extensive machine equipment and reliable supply chains, we produce simple as well as complex designs. We are very strict in compliance with rigorous manufacturing tolerances.
We deliver accurate single-beam measuring systems of our own design, equipped with intricate control electronics, mechanics and hydraulics. In particular, we deal with accurate measurement and evaluation of OEM parts compliance with CAD drawings at suppliers or directly in automotive plants.
Using the clamping system of our construction we're testing a whole array of parts. We've gathered a lot of experience with production tolerances in the automotive industry over the past 20 years. We own a variety of patents, we have a stable and very creative development team and our own production capacities for the fastest cars.
A modular system designed for the construction of support and fixing points for the stable positioning of measured objects in the measuring space of three-coordinate measuring machines or on a specific plates for conventional measurements or other similar applications.
Due to the production of measuring equipment, it only makes sense for us to have a highly accurate calibration workplace. This can be of use for you, too. We will measure the supplied parts according to your drawing documentation, even according to CAD, we also set up the CAD assemblies, including automatic checks during repeated measurements.
Due to complex supply chains, more and more companies contact us out of the need to check individual parts or their small series. Accurate protocol tracking can prevent a number of unpleasant disputes with customers. If you do not have the capacity to establish your own measuring center, we can measure for you.
